Mrs. Vanessa D'Oliveira
![]() Mrs. D'Oliveira is a dedicated Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities across higher education, nonprofit organizations, and K–12 school settings. Her clinical expertise and leadership in program development have consistently enhanced student well-being, expanded mental health services, and strengthened community engagement.
In the most recent school year, Mrs. D'Oliveira joined Kendall Greens High School as a Family Support Specialist (FSS), serving in a School Social Worker capacity. In this role, she provides direct support to students and families, facilitates access to essential resources, and collaborates with educators to promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Her work emphasizes crisis intervention, attendance improvement, and the development of strong family-school partnerships.
Mrs. D'Oliveira holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida International University, along with specialized certifications in Child Welfare Services and Clinical Supervision. She has also been a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with the State of Florida and earned business-focused certifications in Human Resources and General Business from Miami Dade College.
